    We should create large farms where they can go and live... They could be fed and clothed and work on the farm to pay their way. Of course, they should not be able to leave these farms until they can prove that they can be productive members of society...

    Forced medical procedures are not the way to go. Its just like with illegal immigration.. cut off the money supply and you end the bad behavior.
