The New York Times is reporting that shortly after his inauguration Trump hosted a one-on-one dinner with James Comey in which he asked Comey to sign a loyalty pledge. Comey refused, as he should have. The FBI is not supposed to be the man in charge's legion of brownshirts. Trump obviously doesn't understand that the Federal government is NOT a business.... that he works for US, the American people, and that Federal employees pledge their loyalty to the CONSTITUTION, not to some creepy Capt. Queeg lunatic.

Trump continues to dig his own grave. His false pride and refusal to acknowledge any faults is creating a loss of trust and weakens our system.
