You tell me. You are the one calling him a liar. What bill did he sign that was not available to see before it was signed? The House and Senate bills are a matter of public record. Reid's Senate Health Care Bill Now Available Online House Health Care Bill Now they must be merged into a single bill. The leaders of the House, the Senate, and the President have met to discuss how to accomplish the merger. It's only "behind closed doors" because no republicans are present, but they lost the elections and don't support the bills anyway. It's just planning meetings. "Behind closed doors" is just the republican catch-phrase of the week. It will all be back on the Hill soon. Zero? Then there must be many examples for you to offer. Am I not real? Your unreasonable fear of Pelosi and Reid is just silly, mon ami.
This is not a court of law Red. The proffering of evidence is optional and the burden of proof is on the one who does not know the truth. I believe what I post to be the truth. I will not spend hours of google time trying to convince you (an impossible task, anyway). Accept it, debunk it or ridicule it. I really don't care. Still, how does one prove a lack of transparency? That would be tough.
No, It's a discussion forum. But like the reverend Tinsley, you often only want to post the accumulated wisdom of SF, not actually discuss it. You been talking to Sourdoughman? WTF did that mean? Have you no concern about whether it actually is the truth? Such a policy will make a liar of anybody half of the time. So it is written, . . . so it shall be done. It shows. Which it is exactly why one should be careful about making unfounded charges. I would prove a lack of transparency by citing an example of the White House withholding a public document from the public. Or an example of Obama refusing to give his reasons for making a decision. Or perhaps an example of classifying data that has nothing to do with national security.
