This dude is on to something. I saw Jimbo fisher's wife at a real estate agent's office this morning. I was also on a plane with Kathy Miles a few hours later. she was connecting at Houston International. Final Destination... Ann Arbour. I mean my eyes aren't so good, so take it for what it's worth.
I'm sure most of you have seen this, but just to show how Brandon Harris really feels about LSU and Les Miles, take a look at his tweets: https://twitter.com/bharrisqb1 My thoughts have been MAJOR.. But my work ethic has been average. Won't see my results that way. Time to go harder. followed by this one which shows his great hatred and disdain for Les Miles and therefore his reason for leaving LSU ASAP... Happy birthday to one of the greatest men & coaches I know! @LSUCoachMiles The up most respect! #TheFuture BTW, for those who are going to jump on criticizing "up most", he already addressed that this was from autocorrect on his phone. Sounds to me like he's in it for the long haul and possibly blames himself for not being better prepared. Just sayin.....
OK Minions, post up your scores on the Lose/Loose test: Don't lose your test scores or carry them too loose! http://www.grammar-monster.com/easily_confused/loose_lose.htm
So Saban's 8 win seasons came at the beginning of his LSU career, and Les' will come at the end of his.
Saban had a 7-win season at Bama. If you ever sat through six losing seasons and a 3-win season like I have, you might appreciate 8 wins. All the best teams have them.
No, not really--although he didn't have that long of a career at LSU. 2000: 8-4 2001: 10 - 3 2002: 8-5 2003: 13-1 2004: 9-3 (and let's face it, we were incredibly lucky the Groza Award Winner forgot how to kick 4 extra points in game one.)
I've been sitting through seasons of LSU football since the mid 80's sir. When I was old enough to understand football, Arnsparger was the coach. Times are different now than they were back then when it comes to competition, facilities, recruiting and pay scale for head coaches.
Miles has alot of his job taken care of. And he gets paid handsomely for it. But there are a couple of loose ends. And those are very important to the improvement and success of the team. And as much as he has changed things that needed the attention, the offensive side of the ball has been and is still an issue. He is a offensive background coach, it should not take this long to get things straight.
