Funny thing is that's probably about as long as I'd last if I was in court before being slapped with contempt.

NC to me there is plenty of evidence of her doing wrong. There is no doubt she used a private server in direct disobedience to the President's directives. There reports by the Dept of State and Intelligence IGs have found top secret data in her emails. She has demonstrably lied about the number of phones she had, the reason she had a private server and other details about her management of her office as SOS. She apparently lied about sharing info with Sidney Blumenthal who wasn't cleared. Her chief aide Huma Abidin held two positions one with state the other with a company that made significant contributions to the Clinton Foundation. Other aides threatened to burn copies until stopped by a federal judge. Whether the state emails were archived or not is impossible to know because the departments computer system is archaic and chaotic so they may never be recovered.
The investigation is being handled by the FBI not a partisan group. They don't just investigate for no reason. The more they drill down the more details are found that raise valid and serious questions.
Doesn't that give you pause? Has she handled the office and issue in a manner that would give you confidence in her honesty or her capability to be president? You claim to be reasonable and open minded. Do you think all this smoke is manufactured and there is no there there. Do you trust her? Is she your idea of a good presidential candidate or president?
Don't mealy mouth about waiting till the end. This is a discussion forum not a chick hatching site. This is an evolving event. You started out saying this was froth whipped up by partisans? Is that still your opinion? If so defend it with points not sweeping accusations of political name calling.

    She is still blaming Bush

Clinton, who served as Secretary of State in the Obama administration, directed the blame toward Bush's brother, former President George W. Bush, who launched the 2003 U.S.-led invasion of Iraq and also signed the agreement for withdrawing U.S. troops, and former Iraq Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

More complicity by the State Department in the coverup?

BREAKING: State Dept Tells Judge It’s Doing Nothing To Find Hillary Clinton’s Emails State 'does not believe that a reasonable search ... requires a search of former Secretary Clinton’s server.'

BREAKING: State Dept Tells Judge It’s Doing Nothing To Find Hillary Clinton’s Emails State 'does not believe that a reasonable search ... requires a search of former Secretary Clinton’s server.' By Sidney Powell | 08/14/15 6:30pm COMMENT Hillary Clinton. (Photo: Joe Raedle/Getty) Wednesday afternoon, moving very quickly, Washington D.C. federal judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered the State Department to explain to him in writing what it is doing to work with the FBI and the Department of Justice to obtain the emails from Hillary Clinton’s server, and where any missing emails might be found. As we reported yesterday, the conduct of Mrs. Clinton implicates countless criminal statutes. In its status report just filed, the State Department has told the judge that it is doing absolutely nothing to obtain any emails other than those Mrs. Clinton already provided. Apparently, the State Department hasn’t read our prior reports on Judge Emmet G. Sullivan or taken note of how similar claims have not been well-received when made by the IRS. With astonishing disregard for the truth, the Judge’s questions, or its responsibilities to Congress or the citizens of the United States, the State Department advised that it “is not currently working with DOJ, the FBI or other agencies” for two reasons. “First, the FOIA does not require an agency to search for and produce records that are not in its possession and control.” And, it claims that it is neither in possession nor control of the Clinton’s server.
