Yeah, exactly what you guys like to say when you get called on all those things you got wrong.

No, I'm not. I'm glad they are investigating the matter to be sure. That said, you thought there was a cover up in Benghazi too, and after 13 investigations into the matter and absolutely not one shred of evidence that there was a cover up.....you still believe there was a cover up.

Because the second it did (which it won't) a constitutional amendment would pass because an overwhelming number of Americans including myself and every liberal I've ever met are pro 2nd amendment and they have a huge financial lobby called the NRA. It will never happen dude.

Look, Americans are stupid, most don't know what citizens United was, most don't know what the Supreme Court does, but i guarantee you, you start talking about taking away guns, fahgettabahit.... Over, it will never happen.

You keep talking about her political opponents dragging her through the mud. Funny it seems two things wrong there. First she seems to have jumped into the mud hole of her own volition. Second the investigations are internal to the state department, intelligence community and FBI. The politics seems not to be there are thankfully the Rs may have learned their lesson and will let her self destruct.

Oh Red sometimes it's fun just to pull your chain. You're so predictable. You must have the last word no matter what. Thanks for living up to your reputation.

Obviously you choose not to see the difference between how you and Red are treating HRC and how this guy was treated. You conveniently ignore how Patreaus and Sandy Berger's cases were handled. Both were hauled into the dock on less evidence than HRC.
It also burns me to see the injustice that pervades the way these cases are treated. I threw you a lob and you whiffed.

There is already a constitutional amendment. Perhaps you've heard of the second amendment. You are not representative of liberal thought when it comes to firearms. A liberal Supreme Court judge can rule however he wants. There is no pressure. He can't be fired. They are appointed for life.

Again with the "you guys." Have you been reading @red55 's book of redundant phrases? As far as Benghazi goes I believe that the crime was not necessarily one of commission but of omission. She is not alone in this but is as culpable of failing to properly exercise her responsibilities as SOS to protect and secure our people and embassies.

The email thing boggles the mind. How hard would it be to simply follow the accepted protocols for handling classified emails? She wouldn't be in hot water if she had. Was it simply arrogance that the law didn't apply to her? And why did she get to decide which emails were personal? If they manage to recover all the "personal" messages you can bet your last dollar that there are going to be emails to foreign heads of state and other important foreign officials and businessmen as well as wealthy Americans soliciting donations to the Clinton Foundation. Using a State Department email account for personal enrichment may or may not be against the law, I don't know but it certainly is unethical.

No, you threw a loaded question. Secondly, the investigation into what HRC's e-mail is ongoing so to assign her with guilt or innocence at this point would be speculative at best. I get it that you guys are foaming at the mouth, hoping like hell that she's done something illegal, but that doesn't make it so. Like I've said all along, Winston, if they find something criminal then try her for it. If not, it'll just be one more Republican song and dance.

bull shit. 13 federal investigations. all headed up by republicans nontheless, and not one single shred of evidence that she did anything wrong......at all. but you just can't accept the facts can you? as long as you act like a sheep I will continue to lump you in with "you guys."
More pure speculation on your part. Nothing here rooted in fact whatsoever, just the wishful ramblings of right winger. Like I said before, "you guys" should really consider thinking things through before you go making a federal issue of it. And you wonder why you can't win a national election......because smart people do not take your party seriously anymore.
