    Interesting event reported on Morning Joe this morning. The State Department sent a team with a safe to the Clinton's to get the emails because they are so sensitive. That's not Trey Gowdy people that's Obama's state department.

    They didn't actually arrest Petreaus either did they? They just agreed to a charge and plea deal correct? It also took a couple of years to happen if I recall correctly.

    Exactly. Which is why those here saying that she is a criminal are wrong. There is no evidence of a crime. If evidence emerges then she will be charged. If not, she won't. Even Petraeus' crime was only a misdemeanor and he was a CIA director that handed over a binder of classified documents to his mistress.
