    This looks pretty damned suspicious

Hillary Clinton turns in ‘blank’ email server to investigators

WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton has complied with the Justice Department requests for her server — by turning over a hunk of junk.

The much-sought-after server “was blank,” said Barbara Wells, a lawyer representing the Denver-based computer firm Platte River Networks, who managed the server for Clinton.

“The information had been migrated over to a different server for purposes of transition,” Wells told the Washington Post. “To my knowledge the data on the old server is not available now on any servers or devices in Platte River Network’s control.”

The statement jibes with what outside computer experts told The Post — that by deleting content, Clinton has likely thwarted investigators who are trying to recover her records.

Gee isn't that being open and aboveboard. I'm sure she has nothing to hide and this is just a figment of those mean ole Republicans who are picking on me.

    Do Blackberrys Matter?

One thing that hasn't been brought out that needs to be investigated was whether Hillary used a personal cell phone to send classified emails while traveling in a foreign country whose interests may be antithetical to our own. A Blackberry could be used with her personal unsecured server in suburban New Your as the connection device. Surely somebody in those countries would try to intercept those wireless communications.

The Army has a regulation for damned near everything. What is your point? None of that nonsense you posted applies here, as HWR has already told you, 24 years never saw it hsppen, 22 years myself (well about 15 where I would have actually had access) but never saw it and this is small time shit. I can guarantee you that those documents were TSSCI from the minute they left the original source.

How are you going to guarantee me that? Get real. You just told us that classifications can't be upgraded--ever! And that was absolutely wrong.

This is gonna be one of those things that's gonna follow her until the end of her political career even if she is exonerated.

Come down from your ivory tower and use some common sense. If low level documents like the ones shane and HWR handled were classified and if people in those low level positions were aware of the seriousness of a breach of protocol it stands to reason the the Secretary of State of the USA would absolutely be aware of those same standards and would handle documents of far more importance.

If it were common everyone would have it, clearly he doesn't.

What he fails to understand is just because there is a procedure written for it in a manual or a regulation doesn't mean that it happens. Its covered sure, but it doesn't mean it is practiced. The Russians years ago were on record as saying they never wanted to fight the Americans because they have a shit pile of doctrine and they follow absolutely none of it. This is in stark contrast of the Ruskies who follow their doctrine to the letter.

I can guarantee it because I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that a document of that level would NEVER under ANY circumstances would never have left source without classification on it. I would even go so far as to say it would not have even been mislabeled but I guess it is remotely possible that it left as TS instead of TSSCI but I HIGHLY doubt it. @red55 can get mad and stomp and throw a little temper tantrum till the cows come home but he is angry because I am right.

So where does that leave us? Good question. Will anything happen to hildebeast other than campaign coming off the rails, probably not. She is far to slick to let this stick to her legally and will find some crony to take the hit or possibly just Vince Foster their asses, who knows. Knowing the shady ass government they odds are high that they just cover the whole damn thing up to avoid more public embarrassment that a rouge SoS was running around mishandling the most sensitive of documents as if they were invites to campfire girls meeting.

The one thing you can bet without fear is there is NO WAY that document wasn't labeled.

Not saying it's 100% impossible for documents to be upgraded to classified later but since HWR says he never saw if once in 24 years it would have to be exceedingly rare. Out of a random sampling of 40 of H Beast's messages 10% were classified. If that ratio holds up that means she transmitted 5500 classified documents illegally. If you had done that would you ever get out of the stockade for the rest of your life?
