Well, you are wrong once again. The FBI has said nothing about the emails being classified, they recommended that they should be classified now. And none of these emails have been released.

The U.S. State Department said on Tuesday that the intelligence community recommended that parts of unreleased emails from Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state should be upgraded to the top-secret level.

"Department employees circulated these emails on unclassified systems in 2009 and 2011 and ultimately some were forwarded to Secretary Clinton. They were not marked as classified," State Department John Kirby said in a statement. "These emails have not been released to the public,".

No I'm not. If it should be TS then it should be TS. End of story. I'm not talking about who "should" have classified it, just the fact that the info didn't change. It was always TS.

Nope, you don't understand how these things work. Let's just do a hypothetical situation.

The G-2 (security officer at a division level) has an email that he created or printed and for whatever reason is "not yet classified " and it blows off his desk or he drops it and Joe Pvt finds it. He reads it and says "this is some serious shit" he knows that even though it doesn't say "classified" or "secret" or "top secret" that this information is not for public knowledge. He turns it in and all is well.

She was told that Blumenthal was not allowed on her staff and she middle fingered Barry any damn way and now it's coming back to bite her in her big ugly ass.

She knew, doesn't really matter if it's retro or not, there is information that you protect regardless of classification and her inability to figure that out speaks volumes to her ability to lead the country.

I don't see why people have a hard time understanding this. These emails would have been on the SIPRNet anyway. Thats how they protect against situations like this.

Anyone need more proof? It is illegal for a classified document to touch an unclassified system...... AT ANY POINT.....
