I read the same thing. Politifact recently did a study to find how truthful the news organizations really are. MSNBC had a 40% truthful rating which is terrible. CNN had the highest with like 45%, which is still terrible. But get this....FOX news had an 18% truthful rating.

 

Get over it, Winston, and quit your crying. What else is there to say about Hillary's server? The FBI and IG are investigating the matter and soon enough we'll have an outcome to that investigation. But to say it isn't a larger conversation about the Republican party or FOX news is bull shit and you know it. First, the Republican party is synonymous with FOX news. No other news organization is carrying this story like they are on the cutting edge of something on the scale of watergate. Hell, you've even called it watergate!

 

You got McCain in '08 and Romney in '12 because that is where the big money placed their bets. I don't disagree with you that there were talking heads at FOX who never favored either of them but once they were the nominee FOX carried their water regardless. To be more specific, FOX sets the agenda by creating the narrative that they want told to the public and the politicians are constantly reacting to it. Sit down and spend an evening bouncing back and forth between FOX and any other news channel and see how different the narrative is. No other news organization carried the JadeHelm story like it was the gospel. In fact, it has been a joke to the rest of the country.

 

Fair enough Winston, and the respect is mutual I assure you. That said, my point isn't that you are a pawn of FOX news, but that all too often FOX sets the conservative agenda in a way that the liberal media does not do to the Democratic party. I am not saying that the liberal media doesn't carry water for the Dems because they do, but they aren't the ones setting the party platform. In this case, I used FOX because they spin things in such a way to make the conservative populace believe that the next big thing is always right around the corner. Today it is Hillary's server, yesterday it was JadeHelm and Benghazi. I have said all along that if Hillary is found to be guilty of any crime she should be tried for that crime, same as you or me. On the other hand, if it turns out that she was merely negligible then she will pay in the court of public opinion, which, to some degree or another she already has. Either way, FOX conflates stories to whip up emotions in conservatives that often end up making them look bad.

Nope. Unlike Red I'm a true independent. I watch CNN, headline news, Fox and others. If you've been paying attention you've seen me post about Bush #2 being the worse President ever many times. No news organization is going to tell me how to think and I am plenty capable of filtering the tons of BS today's news outlets spew. What hits a nerve with me is so many posters claiming that the news they watch is somehow credible while the others aren't. There isn't a major news source around anymore that isn't HEAVILY slanted either left or right. Just because they share the same views with you doesn't make them honest or credible or unbiased.

 

Honestly dude, just about every page you say "FOX".
