    Your memory is jaundiced (I like that term). Watergate wasn't much for over a year and only when Sirica ordered the files released was the true depth of Nixon's crimes exposed. Let's see what HRCs files have in them. As has been noted Nixon's greatest problem was caused by the cover up. Again if what many on both political stripes suspect is true her greatest mistake will be the cover up.
    Luckily for us if the worst is true she won't have been president at the time so the damage of her actions won't be as serious.

    Nether does it mean that there is anything at all to be "exonerated" of. Innuendo is meaningless. Nothing still means nothing.

    There is mucho hyperbola here.
