    You wrote a lot without saying much my friend. Let me answer a few comments.
    1) if they don't charge her it doesn't mean it she is exonerated. They may not have a sufficient criminal case to have confidence in obtaining a conviction. There is a difference.
    2) as noted in addition and perhaps beyond the legal/criminal issues being raised I question her judgement. Why did she go against administration rules at the least? Why did she put herself above the rules? She still hasn't explained even to the satisfaction of many liberals such as Mika Brysenski or Harold Ford. Doesn't that worry you a little?
    3) again this was begun by the IGs of Intelligence and State NOT the Republicans so be careful of who you accuse of spin. Also the stories have been the result of investigation by the MSM not Fox.
    4) as opposed to Benghazi new damaging information continues to come out. It is much more than spin and each bit make it look worse for her. You can't call the sources of this info tools of the RNc or Fox because again it is the rest of the MSM which is usually her cheerleader.
    5) one last thought I got from Morning Joe last Friday. Mike Barnicle and others thought the real reason behind the private server was the too close correlation between Billy CS speaking fees, Clinton Foundation donations and her trips. In fact her chief aide Huma Abidin position as a Sate Dept employee while still working for a company that arranged donations.
    There is mucho smoke and heat. It's getting thicker and darker like a fire getting ready to rage, not lighter and white like a fire going out.

    No, it's looking like the witch hunt that was Whitewater. Special prosecutor and millions of dollars of tax money wasted to find the Clinton's guilty of nothing at all.

    Dude, Its the Federal Bureau of Investigation. They investigate. It means nothing unless they turn it over to a prosecutor.

    No shit Sherlock.....isn't it funny how this has progressed from the IGs to the FBI? No you don't think it's funny at all. They were saying the same thing about Watergate at a similar stage.

    Your memory is poor. This petty shit is nothing like Watergate as much as you like to repeat the word. Saying Benghazi over and over never didn't sink her either.
