  1. my understanding is that none were properly marked (some had only portion markings).

but this case is clear and simple. she was wrong. she f'ed up. I haven't heard anyone say otherwise. sounds to me like many here act like they need a reason not to vote for Clinton.
  2. quit posting dumber and dumber shit in an effort to be edgy,

  3. Wait, now it's clear that she was wrong and effed up? Now?!?!
  4. Boy I'm with you shane - glad we cleared that up. Cause I was wondering ya know, did she accidentally F up, and then accidentally lie, many times, about Fing up; and her IT guy that managed the server accidentally took the 5th.

Is it me or does anyone else notice that Bill and Hill are unbelievably accident prone.

  7. I'll try this again, when your in charge of securing classified material and fail to do so you broke the law. It really is that simple. The only only question is what punishment should be delivered. However because she is a Clinton and a democrat she doesn't have to pay for her crime.

  8. And that is really it in a nutshell. It really is that simple. All this bullshit that Comey got up and there and let fly out of his meeley ass mouth is horseshit and he knows it. If ANYONE not named Clinton does this the FBI is frothing at the mouth to get their hands on them. Truly a sad day for America and what she used to be.
  9. It is simpler than that. What Comey actually said is what other lawyers and legal analysts have been saying for months. Based on how the Justice Department has handled many thousands of earlier cases, what she did, however carelessly, does not rise to the commission of a crime. The Supreme Court ruled long ago that criminal intent has to be proven for it to be a crime.
  10. False, already disproved.

Charged and : The investigation did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel.
