Actually Reason is a Libertarian magazine and not conservative. It espouses personal freedom and responsibility. There are as many articles that can be considered left leaning as right. I've cited the Washington Post, the NY Times and the Huffington Post at times concerning this issue. Are those right wing publications????? The author A Napolitano is an attorney, former judge and constitutional law professor (sound familiar?). I believe his understanding of the law is much superior to your and journalists you cite. The very point of this story is the false premises many of the articles you cite contain. This includes her saying that this isn't a criminal investigation, it is; saying that if she didn't willfully violate the law it isn't a criminal act, it is. Your so called legal experts are nothing but HRC apologists. There is one point you're right about though. In the end we all are waiting for the investigation to be finished and to see what happens. I expect to be a lot happier with the results than you.
she actually refers to it as a "security review" kinda like at the end of an NFL season, you perform a review to see how you can be better the next season the FBI is seeing how Hillary can do better next time with protecting highly classified information and prevent people from having their lives put in jeopardy....you know in that vein
N @Tiger in NC Notice the thought the HRC may avoid indictment isn't her guilt or or lack there of but political consideration.
Ha.....greasing the skids already eh, Winston? This is the FBI. Comey has made it clear that he isn't influenced by politics. Is he lying? I have said all along that we will see what the FBI has to say about their own investigation.
