The FBI looks into many things. That doesn't make them crimes. If there is found to be a crime, the FBI will announce it. If they announce nothing, then there is nothing there.
The FBI doesn't just go around looking at things unless they have a reason to believe a crime has been committed. I can't find the stats but it's certain that the vast majority of people who get investigated end up being indicted and convicted.
OK, Pride.....you can have your number....let's call it 793. But here is the only number that matters: 0. This is the number of criminal charges that the FBI request be filed against HRC. When the FBI wraps up their investigation and find no criminal wrongdoing, are you going to admit that she didn't break the law? Or you will maintain that your expertise in Data Security trumps the work of the FBI?
Unlike the FBI, Obama can't order Pride not to file charges. Everybody knows she broke the law. I know it. You know it. Even @red55 knows it although he would never admit it.
Then I would encourage Pride to file his suit and let's sit back and see how that goes for him. In fact, now that you mention it, I would prefer it that way. One thing is for certain.....when the FBI concludes their investigation we will know for sure whether she broke the law. If so, the DOJ will have to act accordingly, as well as Obama, to allow the legal process to proceed. If what you guys think is true then we'll all get behind putting her on trial. If not, and let's be honest here.....I feel 99.999999% sure about this, you guys will have to come up with a new scandal because this bubble will have been burst bigger than the day Kevin McCarthy strolled onto national television and admitted that the entire Select Committee on Benghazi was nothing more than a political ruse to hurt Clinton's poll numbers. As I have said time and time again, I am not a fan of HRC. I have supported Bernie but it looks increasingly like I'll have to hold my nose and vote for Clinton with the hope that Bill has enough influence there to keep it between the yellow lines. Further, unlike many of you I believe that we need someone with vast political experience right now, not a newbie with a bad attitude. I suspect that when the FBI concludes their investigation and asks for no charges to be files against her that you guys will suddenly become suspicious of the FBI and will say it is political, that Obama instructed the FBI not to press charges. If I am wrong then tell me what your reaction would be.
