Are any of these "reports" from sources on the record? More speculation? Knock yourself out.

The report quoted a State Department spokesman who also contradicted HRCs claim that the request for her emails was routine.

Someone enlighten me, Hillary says 31k personal emails were deleted and no work related emails were. But then this company that set up her server was set to delete emails after 60 days. Were these just emails she put in her trash, or do they all get deleted after 60 days because if that's the case, there would have had to have been work related emails deleted.

That doesn't really matter. If she sent even 1 official email from this server then the entire server is subject to records retention and public records laws. If she deleted any emails without documenting them in a privilege log she broke the law.

That is standard FBI protocol. They request shit, and don't say a word until they have a case.

Yeah but that's not a law anyone gives a shit about except people that hate Hillary Clinton, or people that want to prove they aren't a Clintonite. All she would have to do is play the I don't know card, and get slapped with a small misdemeanor and she could still run.

The part that interests me is the lying.

She is playing it perfectly. Talking like a lawyer instead of an innocent person is one of the main reasons she is now perceived as untrustworthy by a large majority. Keep it up cankle baby. Let's hear some more jokes abut your new app where the messages disappear and I love those stories about wiping the server clean with a cloth. :D:D

You would think that Bill would advise her to get her act together but maybe Bubba doesn't really want to be the first First Man.

Sorry I don't but he was named and identified as the chief State Department spokesman. I was listening to a news report on Morning Joe about 7:00am. It wasn't an anomonous source though sport.
