If it were from a credible news service Red may think the story is true, but everyone know that the Clinton News Network is run by right wing crazies from the Tea Party. He's probably pleading the 5th because he's worn out from wiping all those servers with a dust rag. It has nothing to do with not incriminating himself, because everyone knows nothing shady took place.......right?......Red?

OK, yes the FBI was cited directly . . .

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is examining Clinton's server to see whether information was mishandled. No evidence has emerged suggesting Clinton's email practices harmed national security.

    As do you.

They were not released by Hillary, the data was not compromised. It is now being released under FOIA. The Constitution prohibits the making of ex post facto law.

Just the fact that it was there is a violation, doesn't have to be sent, received or compromised, it's NOT supposed to exist on a non secured seever. AT ALL

Red whether it was released or not means nothing. She wrote, transmitted, received and stored the emails on her private email and server. That is the crux of her problem. This sensative data what stored on an unsecured server in defiance of the rules.
YOU ARE THE ONE SPECULATING WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS COMPROMISED. You have no idea only bluster.

You ever wonder why when red posts a link he calls it a fact and when anybody else posts a link he calls it "unsubstantiated rumors from an undocumented source?"

Watching an interview right now on CNN with Brian Fallon, Press Secretary, Hillary for America. He said the thumb drive has .pdf copies of the emails, not the actual emails with the metadata and such.
