It also provides addition information on classification procedure and why HRC's email system violated that procedure by its own nature.
In brief many items such as communication with or about foreign dignitaries is by definition classified whether marked or not. So any communication HEC had with or about foreign ministers or employees is classified. There have been several such emails found.
Secondly as HEC's email system was outside of the Sate dept network it was NOT CAPABLE of marking emails sent or received as classified. By its very design it evaded classification rules.

As tirk's post pointed out her server shared the same ip as Bill Clinton's. That means it was either the same machine or it was on wifi. I know how to set up a hard wired network and assign different ip numbers to the different machines. It's probably possible to assign the same ip number to different machines but why would anybody do it.
Although Bill Clinton is a former president I don't know if former presidents are still vetted to handle classifed material. The network was being used for private business of the Clinton Foundation by Bill, Hillary, Chelsea and no matter how many employees as well as for the handling of classified material. If there are no illegalities in all that it certainly is evidence of gross and willful negligence. Especially if the server was a separate machine and on a wifi easily hackable by anybody who knows how.
