I don't think she will have to withdraw. If committing a misdemeanor kept you from holding a political post we'd probably be missing half of our politicians.

Your link failed for me. http error. I don't find this on the reuters site.

Well, Reuters is just a news agency and your link doesn't work, so I can;t check their sources. So who is charging Hillary with a crime? What official is on record as saying that she sent classified documents. Were the emails "checked by reuters" classified when sent or classified 2 weeks ago?

Petraeus pled guilty to intentionally giving a notebook full of top secret paper documents to his mistress who was writing a book that was published. Berger pled guilty to intentionally removing documents from the National Archives but did not give them to unauthorized people. Both were misdemeanors.

Clinton has not taken any unauthorized documents and she has no given any to unauthorized people. She released none publicly and none were compromised. She has not pled guilty to any crime, nor has she been charged with one. She does not have to prove her innocence, she has to be proven guilty. This is America, remember?

It will be a judicial decision if it happens. And proof will have to be offered. And perhaps you might stop putting the cart before the horse, because it may come to the same end as the Republican manufactured scandals of Whitewater and Benghazi which have amounted to jack shit. Until and unless she is charged, tried and convicted of a crime, you are just slinging political mud. You know the GOP can't beat her so they are trying to circumvent her candidacy with their usual character assassination. Good luck with that, Cochise.

Children, this is what sad sacks post when they can't analyze squat or debate their way out of a wet paper bag. They ridicule their rivals and imagine that it makes them look clever.

Mixing a bit of humor with the serious doesn't make the points less valid.

I'm thinking about taking up a collection to buy you a sense of humor. Will be expensive. You need the heavy duty model

You know the funny/sad part is the both of us act as if we will change opinions or affect the outcome by our posts. I know I'm talking to a wall Red. Whether in real life you are conservative as some have said or not; on this board you've painted yourself into a corner. I guess I have as well but I know I'm consistent and don't trim my argument to fit the outcome I want. You should figure that out by the OPs I choose to participate in
Hate to tell you but to become the D nominee and president she will need to come closer to proving her innocence. Likewise the decision to prosecute will be intensely political.

Save your money. I'm having a riot pulling a lot of chains around here and only tiga has figured it out, oddly enough. One of him is fairly perceptive and quick.

It's not because her religion tells her to, it's because she's a retard.
