The WAPO today talks about how much expedient it is to send in unclas system. I have been ought awhile, but expediency at the cost of security, less state of war type stuff, was NEVER a consideration. Again, the whole story/situation/etc is unfathomable.

There is more public about her actions than there ever was with Petreaus or Sandy Berger. It would be nice if she got her day in court so even you and @Tiger in NC would finally see the light. That is a political decision as much as it is a legal decision. I guess we'll see how wedded President Obama is to having the most transparent administration in history.

BTW don't missinterpupt that last comment. I'm still confident she will end up having to withdraw her candidacy before the nominations are set. Whether she stands before a court is the question. Maybe there is someone in the Obama justice department who has as much conscience and sense of justice as the victims of Nixon's Saturday night massacre.
