    No it doesn't. If the CIA, NSA, NGA whomever marks THEIR document as classified then it is classified. The State doesn't get to say, well I disagree.

    Only you have never posted any evidence to support your claim.

    Those documents were properly handled as paper documents by HRC. The CIA, NSA, or whomever don't get to classify State Department Emails. The State department does that exclusively. You should actually read the article I posted.

    Wrong again, those documents were on her damn server, that is how we know about them, and they were on her server without any classification which means the classification was taken off by someone OTHER than the issuing agency. Bad JuJu Amigo

    This is really the 2X4 to the face that he just doesn't understand. The 3 agencies ALL classified the documents from origin. As @HalloweenRun has already stated and as many of us already know, spooks are prone to OVER classify everything, its in their nature. There is simply no way possible that these documents left any of their desk without some type of stamp. HRC has been caught in another lie and is just spinning like a top and good ol America is going to lap it up like a stray cat at a bowl of milk. Dumb dumbs, all of em.
