    In spite of what anyone likes to believe this is all that the entire investigation has been about all along. The State Department has their own method of classifying sensitive materials and the CIA have their own methods of doing so. Those two methods are not the same so some of the e-mails that were never marked classified by the State Department are considered classified by the CIA and vice versa.
    It has served to hurt her in the polls and there is no denying that. That said, there is a long time until election day and unless more damning information comes out, this will pass.

    While this might be true, I doubt that it is. In any event this is irrelevant because what matters is this, the issuing agency has the responsibility and authority to classify information as they see fit, the ISSUING agency. Whomever might receive it DOES NOT have the authority to classify it however they want. That is clearly what happened here and it is a fug up by hrc and her staff leader Mujahideen.

    Swing and a miss, it just doesn't work that way and you know it.
    Oh I bet there is more, they are after all the dirtiest players in the game.

    This is not clear at all. You have not been paying close attention. HRC has stated that she handled all classified documents by paper copies only. What we have, now that partisan politics (desperate search for any smoking gun on Benghazi) has forced the release of the emails via Freedom of Information, is different agencies trying decide what information on the official emails should be redacted from public view today. And those agencies don't always agree.

    Departments can classify information in their own official emails or not as per their own requirements. And anyone who has handled classified information will tell you that departments disagree on what should classified and some of them are very bad about over classifying information.

    In any case, none of the information was ever released publicly. The emails now being released for FOIA have been redacted to remove anything sensitive. That is why the IG's are involved. But they were not classified emails at the time because they were not for public release.

    It actually does work that way.
