This amazes me. Not that I don't believe it (and not that a govt. account can't be hacked). My company has a strict internal document and email policy. Business cares more about the loss or stealing of information more than the govt. That is what amazes me.

And a hacker is the one who exposes this and we should all be pissed that this was allowed to happen. By law at the time or whatever.

On Morning Joe it was reported the federal judge ruled that HRC violated State Dept policy by having the private server. So @red55 and @Tiger in NC there is the next shoe dropping. This is a judicial ruling not a report or speculation or rumor. So what's the new excuse or denial??????
Oh yes it not Fox News either.

Now a report that congressional democrats are worried.
Clinton facing fresh worries in Congress over emails

WASHINGTON (AP) - Hillary Rodham Clinton is facing fresh worries among congressional Democrats about her use of a private email account while serving as secretary of state, as new polls signal that the inquiry is taking a toll on her presidential campaign.

The Democratic front-runner's campaign has taken steps to defend her against allegations she may have put classified information at ri...

Come on, do you ever read the other posts here? Reported and answered yesterday.

The judge did NOT make a ruling and he is not investigating Hillary Clinton. Did you make that up? She has been charged with nothing. He is conducting a hearing about how the Justice department and State department handled classified emails and he made a comment.

“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” said U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, apparently referring to Clinton, during a hearing on one of the many Freedom of Information Act lawsuits seeking access to her records as secretary of state.
Go read post 1200 so I don't have to keep repeating myself.

No laughing matter: Lawmakers don’t appreciate Clinton’s attitude on emails

The Democratic frontrunner’s campaign has taken steps to defend the former secretary of state against allegations that she may have put classified information at risk by using a private email account and server, arguing that Hillary Clinton never sent or received material considered classified at the time. Clinton has also made flip comments about the inquiry over her email procedures — Clinton joked at a Democratic dinner in Iowa last week that she liked the social media platform Snapchat because the messages disappear by themselves. She also shrugged off questions about her server being wiped clean, asking facetiously in Nevada, “Like a cloth or something?” Such remarks aren’t sitting well with lawmakers, including some Democrats, investigating her practices.

I don’t think the campaign has handled it very well. I think the advice to her of making a joke out of it — I think that was not good advice.

She's a smart woman, she didn't do anything by mistake. She knew exactly what she was doing and had a reason. She knew she may have a need to destroy evidence and couldn't wipe the state department servers. She learned a lot from Monica's stained dress, never leave evidence in someone else's hands.
