    It is not that simple.

    Unlike some state public records laws, the federal Freedom of Information Act does not define whether personal email messages are public records. Whether a record is subject to disclosure under FOIA turns on whether the federal agency created or obtained the record or whether the agency controls the record. In determining whether personal documents are subject to disclosure under FOIA, courts have developed a test that looks at what role the personal documents play in the agency’s official business. The more a personal email message was used by the agency for official business, the more likely courts are to consider it to be subject to FOIA. -

    I would think this is a qualifier no? What do they have, somewhere between 30k and 60k depending on who you listen to, either way I'd say she has no right to privacy here, it ALL needs to be examined. She is a known liar and is not to be trusted.

    Oh I'm willing, but I'm not so obtuse as to not see what is right in front of me either. Like @lsutiga said, I don't need to stand in the street and get hit by a truck to know what happens. The bitch is dirty and I'm glad that there is so much to do about it because HOPEFULLY it keeps the DOJ and FBI from trying to cover it up. She needs to go down for this, probably not jail and only because of who she is but it needs to keep her out of the White House and it will.

    Anybody, even a die hard Hilldebeast supporter would have to be a total moron not to at least be skeptical about whether she broke or at least skirted the law. Neither @red55 nor @Tiger in NC bother to address that question. As they say, love is blind. Even a garden slug can see what's going on. There are almost hourly revelations taking it to a new level of sleaze. Here's another:

    Hold on a second. The FBI is a non-partisan organization. Regardless of what the investigation finds it will be final. I have said all along that if she is found to have committed a crime then she should face the consequences of it. By commit a crime, I mean a law has been broken, not that the conservative base thinks a crime has occurred. If not, then Katy bar the door because conservatives are going to come unhinged with conspiracy theories that the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA and the State Department have all colluded to cover up something for HRC.

    I know but just wait. Damning new info has been appearing almost hourly.

    Why do you think Bill Clinton and Obama played golf together this weekend. They are not friends and it's well known that they don't even like each other. Discussing a presidential pardon perhaps?
