The fact that she used personal email for public business shows a best poor judgement. I can see multiple ethics issues in this just based on the fact that any public emails were sent. It almost certainly is a violation of the Freedom of Information Act. Sending these emails on a personal server is a great trick to get around public records requests and potential subpoenas.

I saw where the tech company that released the server said there should be a backup.

So let's say they get those back ups, and she is cleared. Will you guys still think she is guilty?

Who am I kidding... Of course you will.

Republicans are going to blow this. When they should be pushing a candidate like John Kaisich all the love right now is going to Trump. The guy to watch right now is Ted Cruz. I think when Kaisich, and Paul, and Jindal, and Christie fall off, that support will shift to Cruz.

The very fact that she hired a company not cleared to handle classified materials to handle her service is a criminal act itself. As is giving the thumb drive to her attorney if he wasn't cleared also.

Poor judgement, sure. But there is still no criminal investigation of her going on.

All 55,000 pages of government emails are still subject to FOI. Those State Department emails all went to somebody or from somebody in government. They are still government emails, which is why they were turned over.

It was her private emails that she deleted, as she has every right to do.

The key phrase that the State Department used was "potentially classified".

Do you not ALREADY see she's guilty of plenty?
Now HOW STUPID is that? I mean really. You think that action and explanation of it is conduct becoming of a person holding an office at that level?

And if the investigation finds that she sent classified information and covered it up will you still say she is innocent?

Who am I kidding...Of course you will.

When Democrats should be calling for the truth and scolding her for impeding the investigation they instead kiss her big fat mushy ass like there is no tomorrow. Could you imagine the outrage if her name was Bush instead of Clinton? The reaction by democrats and the sheeple that follow them show that they are every bit as big of hypocrites as are the republicans.

So what? My wife AND youngest daughter got speeding tickets in the last year. They're dam sure guilty but both tickets were ripped up and not even on the books. I happen to be friends with the current and former District Atty.

The Clinton's are friends with the President- at least politically. This is being a dog and pony show to suppress all they can. Even the way the FBI is handling the investigation is non-standard protocol.

You have no idea what it was cause she didn't turn over the server and had it wiped.
