Dad is a legend over at Tigerdroppings. He definitely enhances the community wherever he goes.

I heard recently that most of Skip Bertman's inner circle was pushing hard for Jack Del Rio but Bertman felt strongly that Miles was the guy for the job. If that's true, I think we need to give Skip some credit for that decision when a lot of people wanted Del Rio.

When Saban was hired, I recall that Morris Watts (Saban's OC at Mich St and former OC under Dinardo), told Saban that the LSU program was a sleeping giant and a great job. Saban didn't make the best first impression and seemed odd with his turtlenecks. I remember listening to Hanagriff at the time and him talking repeatedly that if Saban wins games, support from the fanbase would follow.
