That's impressive....and to whomever said I never been into the flounder like that is dead wrong. I have. But make no mistake, my boy @jvalhenson is killin it. Like he said in a previous thread....he largely lives off of what he catches/kills. I largely live off of restaurants and grocery stores and I live a block from the beach and just go whenever for a couple of hours. Sorry it took so long for me to respond....I've been working with National Geographic on a temporary gig that I just completed and am back home now......unemployed.....but that's a different story altogether. Anyway @jvalhenson I'm in OS....anytime you wanna go, just let me know. I'd like to bring my boy, too.
I have gotten a few this year but they are just now starting to show up.......sittin on go at this point just waiting this weather to straighten out. Water has been super dirty and was just starting to clear up some but all this horrible weather last night and today is gonna set it back a while longer unfortunately.
Conversely, several beers and whiskeys are absolutely the same, they just change the label and sell the same beer at a cheaper price to reach a different market with the same product. I worked in a liquor store in college and one of the most popular beers was Ballantine, a low-priced beer which was delivered by the Falstaff guy. Some weeks we sold completely out of Ballantine and couldn't get any more. I asked the Falstaff guy about it and he said that Falstaff only makes one beer and if orders come in low for a particular batch of beer, they just took the remainder and slapped Ballantine labels on it and could sell it. Same beer.
