Well, Ramah, I hope you are right, old fella! I really do! But, you know what they say about statistics... If you are that confident that LSU will win big, how many thousand dollars have you put down on it? You only have to give 2.5 points, down from the opening 3 point line. Didn't you also predict that LSU would blow out Ole Miss? I believe your predicted final score was 63-17, is that right? Did you base that on an analysis of statistics that told you that the Ole Miss defense couldn't even slow down, much less stop the LSU offense? Don't get me wrong - I like that you have faith in the Tigers and really believe in our team. I do too, and I believe I am just as big of a fan as you are. But, I just disagree that the Tigers will win in a cakewalk. Georgia has a good team, too. They've won 10 games. Look at what they did to Tennessee, which team isn't exactly chopped liver! Let's also keep in mind that in the grand BCS scheme of things, a hard-fought one point LSU victory (while not so good for my heart!) would very likely be BETTER than a 30 point Tigers blowout win, as ridiculous as that notion is.
The only true measure of which team is better is head to head competition. Haven't LSU and Georgia played once this year? If so, which team won? End of argument.
