    "Rhode Island has more than 100 evacuees in Navy housing. Ohio has 20 in Red Cross shelters, plus almost 2,000 staying with relatives or friends. California has 807 families in hotels, while Massachusetts is putting up some 200 individuals at an old military base on Cape Cod."

    You forget I was a Richardson/Hillary supporter. I'm voting for Obama because he's Not The Republican. I have issues with Obama, just not as many as I have with McCain (who I supported in 2000 before he got in bed with the ultra right wing).

    What do you mean? Katrina didn't hit their contituents who are in New England.

    I don't recall a lot of Republicans from up north doing it either. So what?

    Hey, Bub. I back up my statements with some evidence and documentation at least. You just throw out claims and expect us all to accept it as fact. I'd like the chance to discredit your sources, but you never cite any. You are the one who tried to paint non-Republicans as uneducated but it JUST . . . AIN'T . . . TRUE.

    I gave you the chance to discredit two but you didn't or couldn't reply to either.

    First I provided you with a source to show where this current housing and credit problem started (Barney Frank, sub-prime loans to the "poor", Democrat-leading) and you moved to another topic.

    I also asked you about the correlation between the FACT that this state has been almost completely run by Democrats in its history and also has been ranked toward the bottom of every quality of life category. Hard to blame that one on the Republicans but I'm sure you will.
