I love the excuses that surface when a nonBCS team beats a BCS team. Hawaii belongs in the BCS, and I'd have them in a playoff of more than 4 teams.
There are always a million reasons to trash the Hawaii's and Boise State's of the world when it comes to playing in the BCS.... and most of the reasons are valid. However, this year has done nothing to show anything but the fact that there are a number of teams who could find a way to lose important games at the least convenient times. So, in my mind, Hawaii has earned their chance and should be accepted as such. They are as deserving as the other nine teams who will get in... if not more. Congratulations on a great season!!!
Couldn't stay up to watch the Hawaii game, wish we were still stationed on the west coast! Looks like Ty Willingham and co did a major choke job. Oh well, let Hawaii go to the Rose Bowl and play USC. They're the two of the hottest teams right now even though I believe USC would beat the Warriors severely. Hawaii does to be in what ever BCS bowl they're put in but remember Washington plays in one of the major conferences and did a choke job not too many schools that are BCS eligible have that kind of lead and let it slide and the game was also played in Hawaii. But let the Warriors play because Boise St. tricked their way to a BCS win last year!
