Really......Auburn's defense is ranked # 30 nationally.....against much stiffer competion than Florida also Florida's Defense is ranked # 40 nationally........so how is Florida's defense better than Auburns???
He had a chance to show us this at Auburn and failed really badly. His high school record is impressive and you may be right about his potential, but he has not demonstrated this yet. I think we will see Harris more. Especially at home. Especially if he earns more time by his performance.
My biggest concern for all of this is if Harris does'nt get a chance to get some snaps to prove he is a better QB, along with the fact that jennings is only a sophomore, is that Harris could look to transfer at the end of the year, that's my biggest fear.
Transfer, to where? Every team has QB's, ask Rivers, Rettig, etc. There is competition at every school. Coker went to bama, they needed a QB, how many games has he started?
Nothing bro fuck this season and fuck Jennings and all the players too, let's just roll with a true freshman who had 1 shining moment against New Mexico State and 4 minutes against Mississippi State's scout team. In fact lets just crown Harris the greatest of all time, fuck it since he has proven so many times how much better he is than Jennings. Yeah as red said NEITHER has separated themselves. Harris is a little faster and has a stronger arm. Jennings knows the offense. Harris against stronger opponents has proven he does not yet have the gravitas. But fuck it he is uber talented so let's just throw him in there regardless of who grasps the offense better or who gives LSU the better chance to win.
If Harris transfers because he can't beat out Anthony Jennings in the beginning of his true freshman season then let him. I don't want a guy who folds up when there is adversity.
