Unfortunately having watched Glen play about 10 times this year any hopes of him becoming the next Shaq in his freshman year are completely unrealistic. He is going to have a very difficult time adjusting to a more physical style of play. He will have to lose about 40 to 50 pounds to make it an entire game. If you guys think he is going to be the saviour next year I hate to break it to you but he just doesn't have the tools to do it. He is a good player but vastly overrated.
40-50 lbs? not from what i heard. more here know way more than me on this. someone fill us in. i hear he lost weight and is in decent shape already regardless his look. bueller?
He topped out at 335 during the season. Although he has lost about 15 or 20 pounds he still needs to lose another 40 or 50. In a fast paced game he is in deep trouble. He is well suited for a slow paced half court game not a full court game. A Full court strategy will give this kid a heart attack. LOL
Thats not good at all. Not that he may be over weight but that he is suited to a half court game and Brady has no clue what half court offense even means. :geaux: :lsug: :bball:
You guys are acting like LSU had a top notch program at some point. I mean we let Dale Brown hang around and all he ever did was go to the final four twice.
The dude is fat....let's face it....he won't be any good at that weight unless he plans to strap it on at D-line for the football team. I don't see what all the rage is about this guy. He better get down to a reasonable weight (and I mean like 275 at the most) or he is going to be asking for oxygen every 5 minutes.
Who cares where we have been, where do you want to go? Even ole miss wants to climb to the top of the mountain someday, they never will but they want to. Just because we have been mediocre for years and years doesn't mean we have to be happy with that for the future. :geaux: :lsug:
