Thanks for the classy post TBEBELL!

You guys played great, I was particularly impressed with QB Tate. I hadn't seen him play, but he was the difference in the game, IMO. We've had issues with consistency at QB this whole year, and it was apparent again today.

I was proud of our Tigers, they fought the whole game, never gave up. It was an exciting game for both teams. The last qtr. was a hoot!

Iowa made the play, Iowa won the day! Hail to Iowa.

My compliments to you and the rest of your fans for your decorum on the message boards! You have been great sports, and this game and all the hoopla that goes with it between the fans is what makes college football the great game it is!

Edited: Iowa will now be MY Big Ten favorite team. I'll be watching - go Hawkeye's!

I can't believe how nice Iowa fans have been all along throughout the past month. Perhaps some day it would be nice to have a home and home with Iowa.

It appeared the players on the field had lots of respect for one another as well. I saw a hard hitting game between the whistles but after it blew I saw a lot of ass slapping as well.

I would like to see Bertman try and work in a home/away series between the two programs.

Hey guys, we lose our d-line, but we have our offense back. With your young offense, maybe we can be chatting in December next year.... except in Pasadena!!

(Please, this only speculation, and I would appreciate no posts saying the Hawks are getting too big for their britches) Good Luck Tigers

    good game

 they all did good....but in the end the hawks came through. lsu needs to improve their defense a little. if they can make almost 80 yds in 43 secs. that tells ya something dont you think? but also . lsu's coach could have made a better call.......on 14 secs and they had that flag, he had the choice of false start, 5 yd penalty and stop the clock and repeat first down, or he could have called a delay of game and ran the clock down....if he would have run the clock down he could have won it.... i think he should think about his options and he could have won. think about that...dont yall agree?

How could LSUs defense possibly need to improve?

Are you kidding me? LSUs defensive backs could NOT possibly be coached any better! They have been coached by the greatest defensive genius coach of all-time Nick Saban! Didn't you know that?

If the defensive backs screw up, it's not Saban's fault, OH NO! You know how I know this? Because the genius himself said so after the game! Saban said that the PLAYERS screwed up. Yes, that's it . . . it was the PLAYERS . . . not the COACHING. I see how this works.

    GO JETS GO! J - E - T - S! JETS! JETS! JETS!
