Watch this and enjoy Randy Moss’s happiness. https://uproxx.com/sports/randy-moss-son-thaddeus-catch-reaction-alabama-lsu-reaction/
I think it's been explained why Thad's catch was legit, even though he stepped out of bounds, but even if it wasn't, the first thing I thought of when the gumps started crying about the refs was that its payback for the PP#7 pick that they stole from us in 2009. And speaking of gumps crying about officiating, can you imagine anything so hypocritical? The team who has benefitted more from officiating then any other team in college footballl history and their fans are crying when a call goes against them (even though, by rule, it's the right call). Well, I say to thee - Now you know what it feels like!
Nothing like a father’s pride ... He’ll need to haul in a ton of those against Ole Miss this week ...
If you’re watching TV ... Gene Steratore is the RULES ANALYST ... Truth: He called it an INCOMPLETE PASS after watching video and BEFORE THE DECISION WAS MADE TO ALLOW A CATCH This crap is ALL OVER THE INTERNET https://www.google.com/amp/s/ftw.us...h-a-review-decision-that-set-up-an-lsu-td/amp
Steratore said on the broadcast after the half that officials ruled that Moss was forced out by the defender, which meant he was eligible to reestablish himself in bounds to potentially make a catch.
Moss was teetertottering on the edge, got a light shove to the chest by the defender, rebalanced himself IN BOUNDS and—while maintaining control of the ball—timbered down into CFB HISTORY! F those Gumps, anyway! NOT LSU’s problem if 110,000 Gumps had to hit the restrooms to scrape out a pant load!!!
Thought crossed my mind last night. Does Bama even have pass catching TEs anymore? Used to be a big part of their O. Nonexistent in our game. Guess Sark is all in on the WR core. Closest they got is Najee far as I can tell.
