Yes ... I can play just about every instrument there is, .... except a violin. I can play a cello, but I can’t seem to get comfy playing a violin. My daughter, otoh, is a natural. Bought her. $100 violin off Amazon, within a year and half, had to spring for the “upgrade”. She started out full blown fiddle, cajun music, bluegrass, classic county fiddle, then started venturing into violin music, and now is learning Celtic fiddle. There’s this chick, Kiana Weber who is awesome that she has been listening To and figuring out how to play.
My youngest daughter's birthday was in early March. She finally decided on which model she wanted. I met her at guitar Center in Mandeville today. Hey @Nutriaitch , my wee one has grown a bit since the last time you saw her, right?
Not a Strat. It's a jazz series, which has a little bit slimmer neck, which works well for females and their smaller hands. She is gifted like my brother...wants to master every musical instrument. Of course, every musician will tell you that they are nowhere near masters of any. She plays guitar, drums, bass and keyboard/piano.
holy shit! making me feel old. well, to return the favor: Lil Nootch is a Sr (well i guess a graduate now). leaving June 9 for Navy Boot camp. Short kid just finished his freshman year.
Man, they grow up too quick. Who'd-a-thunk, Navy for a kid who grew up on the water? Congratulations to him, and to y'all for raising him right! You gonna be able to keep short kid outta jail til he leaves home? Lol
Must be a hibred. I had seen where Fender was making a guitar with a strat body and a Jazzmaster neck.
