    any of you seen the Parallel Universe series Fender is releasing soon?

    basically some hybrids mix and matching parts from their current guitars.

    like this Telecaster body with Start hardware (and neck/headstock)

    I've never played a tele but the one thing I don't like about the strat is that when I'm playing my hand hits the volume knob and turns it up or down. Also sometimes I hit the selector switch and changes the pickup configuration.

    types of wood, electronics, pickups, neck shape, scale length.
    that’s why they had such different sounds.

    there’s also this one which looks like the love child of a Fender Telecaster and a Gibson SG or Les Paul
