The word employ doesn't necessarily mean he owns the company. He could be a supervisor only a rung or 2 above the gump and doesn't have the authority to fire him. Besides it was a joke. I am. But I wouldn't. He is one of our best guys AND he isn't a lunatic Bama fan. Very down to earth level headed guy. However, not only does he say it, he even texts the word "purdy" when referring to pretty. I'm purdy sure he does it on purpose, but I light him up every time.
