That's what I'm saying, Jennings could be a solid game manager if receivers could catch the damn ball. The passing offense as a whole deserves this loss.

So if he wants to see more thrown his way maybe he should catch the ones he does have thrown his way.

not how it works. a consistent passing game doesnt happen just because you want it to. it takes many passes over a season. but it never happens if your qb is terrible at passing. ours is.

That's BS, I admit it ain't all on Jennings. Some of it is, and more is on Miles. Not tackling in bounds on that last drive; wtf.

Jennings is not a solid game manager, he is an anchor around the neck of the offense. Yes there were some dropped passes, but Jennings rarely puts the ball on target. More often than not when the ball is close enough for a WR to get his hands on it it's thrown behind him or down around the ankles and that's the rare occasion when the ball is that close. The WR's certainly didn't help Jennings, but Jennings certainly doesn't make it easy for them to.

Most of us aren't pinning this loss solely on Jennings but QB play is the one area that has not improved over the ten games. I appreciate your defense of Jennings, but insulting every other player in doing so is nonsense. True, a lot of players made mistakes but Jennings has made no strides at all. I wish Jennings the best, but surely you understand the frustration.

I agree completely with this assessment. THEN, the first chance the coaches give him he overthrows his receiver by TEN feet out in the flat, rolling towards him. Doesn't make for comfort to give him a lot more.

I was thinking that he did not lose the game for us BUT with a better QB we would've won, easily. Just think how potent our run game would be if Bama had to respect our passing game JUST A LITTLE BIT.

I think we need to replace "Jennings" with LSU QB; I find it unlikely that Harris would do much better, if not worse. This is common under Miles. It's not Jennings fault, he's a SO who barely played last year.

Miles 10 year plan for developing and maintaining a serviceable passing game sucks.

Give Harris 9 starts and I guarantee we'll have better play than we do now.

It truly is hard to comprehend. A&M started a freshman yesterday IN Jordan Hare...and won. Why not us?

It's to the point where I worry about it affecting QB recruiting.
