It was a great game... Everyone was saying Miami was going to win by a landslide... what was the spread in that game?
LOL I dunno I was 10 so...I just remember watching and jumping up and down a lot. I have the game on tape and I still watch it. See, it's not always the team with more talent that wins big games...Oh and we just happened to have 2 of the best DE's in college football history in John Copeland and Eric Curry. MONSTERS!
Remember these names: Chase Pittman Melvin Oliver Claude Wroten Ken Hollis Cameron Vaughn Because I don't think Brodie will....:thumb:
He will be able to read their names from the ground im sure...He has pretty good vision. They will get to him im sure. We will just have to call the right plays and hope you guys over-pursue (sp?) and open up the field for KD.
How about in 2000 when Central Florida laid 40 on the Tide to ruin their homecoming. And for the 1993 Bama-LSU game, the tide was not ranked #1. I was living in Tuscaloosa at the time and that was a matter of GREAT contention. And, oh yeah, I was at Bryant-Denny that day. I thought I was going to be killed....by Bama fans jumping off the upper deck. They were crushed.
Not the best play ever, but definately one of the coolest plays I have ever seen came from that game.... http://www.angelfire.com/al/bamacrimsontide/video/teaguerundown.avi
