The scene where Rudy gets his acceptance letter is the only time I have every teared up from a movie.

OkieTiger made a terrific choice, I think.

This is a great movie! . While flipping through the channels, when I see that this movie is on. I always pause to watch for a second, and end up watching the rest of it.... So many great scenes.

The only time that's happened to me in a theatre is at the end of Field of Dreams (which my wife and I saw with my parents). Now at home, the last 5 minutes of Saving Private Ryan gets me, every time.

I can't post any clips but one of my favorite lines is in Snatch, where bullet tooth tony pulls out his Desert eagle .50.

Re: Blazing Saddles, I read this trivia on IMDB.com last night (picture the characters involved in the story) During production, Mel Brooks and some of the crew were having lunch in the commissary, and John Wayne was sitting at the next table. JW tells MB,"is the stuff I'm hearing about the Western you're making true? Where you've got cowboys telling each other, 'blow it out your azz?'" Brooks happened to have a copy of the script with him. He gave it to Duke and said,"Its true, and I want you in it." JW brought him the script back the next day and said,"no, I can't make a movie like that, but I'll be first in line to see it."
