My favorite, favorite, most favoritest band ever (Floyd is 2nd). Cassandra Gemini (32.5mins) and Cicatriz ESP (12.5mins) are light years ahead of anything mentioned in this thread, but I wanted to keep it somewhat familiar. Their live shows take the extend-a-song to a new level. They'll turn a 6min song into a 30min song, and you'll love every second of it. I swear, Omar is from another galaxy. Dangit, now I gotta go pump up some Deloused. . .
Ahh the 80's. The era where regardless of what level of talent you had or most cases lacked, as long as you had a nice hair do and lots of make up and pink spandex you were a shoe in for triple platinum. Yeah, I think I will hate.
Not sure if it belongs here, but this thread makes me think of Whole Lotta Love by Zepp. It came out when I was in middle school grades. The cool kids would have a dance party, and I'd always forget to NOT dance to that song. You'd be dancing a storm and then.......pow.......long long batshyt crazy sounds/strings/drums......kids standing around trying to look cool........then finally back to some crunching rock.
