I expected more from this group. Led Zeppelin's 4th album had NO TITLE.
It's not IV,4, or zoso. It's just an untitled album.:thumb:

    In no particular order:

    • Who Are You - The Who
    • Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd
    • Moondance - Van Morrison
    • Let it Be - The Beatles
    • Second Helping - Lynyrd Skynyrd

I love Steely Dan, my favorite song is "Dirty Work". It feels very "70's" Here is some SD trivia, I've posted one of the questions before:

    1. What SEC school is mentioned in one of their songs ? Name the school and the song.

    2. Who (he is/was the lead singer for a very popular band) sings backup vocals on "Peg" ?

What kind of all-time list of albums wouldn't include Elton John? Someone stick this one in their list, somewhere. ;)

I have to agree with this one. Texas Love Song is one of my all time favorites.

    Lyrics below

Looking at your avatar there is no question the color of yours:wave:

Texas Love Song by Elton John

I heard from a friend you'd been messing around with a

cute little thing I'd been dating uptown. Well,

I don't know if I like that idea much. Well, you

better stay clear, I might start acting rough. You

out of town guys sure think you're real keen. Think

all of us boys are homespun and green. But that's

wrong my friend, so get this through your head. We're

tough and we're Texan with necks good & red. So it's

Ki yi, yippie yi yi, You long hairs are sure gonna die

Our American home was clean till you came and

kids still respected the president's name.... And the

eagle still flew in the sky, hearts filled with national pride. Then

you came along with your drug-crazed songs.... God

*** It! You're all gonna die.

How dare you sit there and drink all our beer. Oh, it's

made for our workers who sweat, spit and swear. The

minds of our daughters are poisoned by you, with your

communistic politics and them Negro blues. Well, I'm

gonna quit talking and take action now. Run

all of you fairies far [clean] out of this town. Oh, I'm

dog tired of watching you mess up our lives.

Spending the summertime naturally high. Well, it's

Ki yi, yippie yi yi You long hairs are sure gonna die.

Our American home was clean till you came. And

kids still respected the president's name... And the

eagle still flew in the sky, hearts filled with national pride.

Then you came along with your drug-crazed songs. God

*** It! You're all gonna die God

*** It! You're all gonna die. God

*** It! You're all gonna die.

Therefore, we refer to it as Led Zeppelin's 4th album . . . or Led Zeppelin IV.

Well, so is The White Album, amigo. Are you going to tell me it's not The friggin' White Album? Some albums earn themselves names--they become what we call them.

Back in the day, we always called it "LZ4" or "Runes". You have to know about six nicknames to talk about this album!

"Bodisattva" for me. Fast jazzy blues with a killer Skunk Baxter guitar solo.

    Too easy.

    Michael McDonald-- all four harmonies.
