We seemed to have kept their offense off the field. Anyone know the time of possession? I looked but couldn't find it on the stat link I have.
I don't recall the exact time, but LSU had it for 33 minutes and change while Oregon had it for over 26 minutes. However, didn't Oregon have that ridiculously long 19 play drive in the second quarter? Then they had it for a while at the end with the garbage time touchdown. Outside of those two extended drives, Oregon couldn't hold onto the football -- literally.
