    Am I missing something?

"Bienvenu told The Baton Rouge Advocate that three of his clients, all of whom are white, were with minorities the night of the fight and that none of the witnesses who were interviewed about the incident, including Jefferson and Johns, mentioned racial slurs until Wednesday.

"It was not until last week, when Mr. Jefferson apparently convinced several LSU players to provide statements on his behalf that, quite curiously, this allegation of racial slurs first arose,” Bienvenu told The Baton Rouge Advocate."

I remember hearing about the racial slurs the day or two days after the fight.. Can this guy say anything thats factual?

As long as none of the witnesses miss the plane to WV ;)

Is there any remote chance that Davenport and Landry (or other LSU football players at the scene) could be dragged into this later on??? I hope not!

If the Keystone Cops couldn't find definitive evidence after the Casey Anthony-like treatment this fight has gotten, and given the credibility of the "victims", I can't imagine what possible basis there would be to press more charges 4 weeks after the fact.

There was something said about charges *possibly* being brought against the 'victims'.

The potential problem was there were quite a few LSU football players there that night; however it is still quite possible other non football players present decided to get into the act with the vicious beating.
