One way to grade airports is how they handle TSA pre fliers, how easy or hard to get through, how easy it is to get from ticketing tothe gate, between gates and baggage handling (though I carry on whenever possible) and air traffic. For instance I hated O’Hare because there were delays every time there was even minimal weather. They added a new runway a few years ago and that improved immediately. I don’t mind it as a transit site but getting in and out of Chicago is a misery. Dulles; Cincinnati, Orlando , fail in just about all those categories. Likewise Atlanta is a pain if you have to go between terminals but isn’t bad otherwise. I’ve only been through Charlotte a couple of time but didn’t like it....or that may have been due to the fact I was flying USAir.
BTR has a great Airport. Hardly any people there so it's very easy to get in and out of. Only problem is if they can get you where you need to go.
I've been to so many I can't remember whats bad and whats good. They all blend together. Hubs I guess Houston is the easiest for me because Ive been there so many times. I don't care for Chicago much.
