As long as Leslie keeps bringing in top talent to replace what was lost in the draft and maintains a superior coaching staff on defense, you can't blame him for much on that side of the ball.

It has been extremely successful unless your defensive backs blow coverages downfield. It also requires a pass rush. These new guys aren't ready yet. The ejection rule and quick unnecessary roughness calls inhibit it some. Plus bigger, faster, stronger players are making for more serious injuries. Players are protecting themselves more.
