    QB: A
He made the one bad throw for a fairly easy TD to Beckham and forced us to kick a FG. Otherwise he was spectacular. The O-line finally broke down on the last series, forcing some poor throws.

    RB: C+
Hill never could get fully going. He ended up being pretty tentative and unsure of himself. We did get good yardage in the passing game using Hill.

    WR: A
Jarvis Landry is without a doubt the best wide receiver in college football. Boone finally came up big as a 3rd receiver.

    TE/FB: D+
Dickson is non existent in our passing game and whiffed on a blitz that probably cost us a really big pass play.

    OL: B-
They would have graded out to an A- until that last most critical drive when they completely fell apart. Run blocking was poor, against a defense that had been gashed all year long.

    DL: D
Would have been an F except for the huge interception by Freak. Maybe he should play middle linebacker.

    LB: F
I feel bad about giving an F to a unit that features a very good LB in Kwon Alexander, because he is a baller, but Welter should not have a scholarship, much less start for the #6 team in the nation. They need to take the #18 jersey away from Barrow and give it to Kwon. Barrow was supposed to be the leader of this defense and he is, in a word, awful.

    DB: D
Average corners are being exposed because of the lack of pressure on the QB. We paid for it dearly today. White is going to be our best of the bunch, serious question marks abound with the others. When you think instinct, the first thing that comes to mind is Tyrann Mathieu. Well Craig Loston is the EXACT OPPOSITE of that. Somebody didn't pay the electric bill, because the light bulb has never come on.

    Special Teams: D
This unit would have received an F if not for the 49 yarder by Delahoussaye. The kid is nails. The muffed punt was the ultimate turning point in this game that you can point to.

    Coaching: C
A good game plan for the offense, nothing on the defensive side of the ball. Les Miles was bested by Mark Richt, which is never a good thing to utter.

    QB: A
    RB: C+/B-
    FB: B-
TE: I (not enough box of work to grade)
    WR: A
OL: C+/B- (didn't handle stunts well)
DL: D (broke up a few passes)
    LB: F
DB: F (should have dropped the course like they did their coverages)
ST: C (only mistake was the muff that cost a TD, the rest was good)
Coaching: B- (good halftime adjustments in the run game. Good play calling. They weren't responsible for blown coverages)

Isn't it fucking sad that with how bad the defense played the offense played well enough that this was the deciding factor?

The play of the game IMO was OBJ's fumble. That's now twice in 2 season's he has fucked up on the road in the SEC and cost the Tigers.

Inexcusable no doubt. And huge because it led to a TD. But any semblance of a defense and it could have been overcome.

We have zero pass rush. Losing Mingo and Montgomery was too much to overcome. None of the kids has made an impact like the two of them did as freshman. That puts incredible pressure on the D backs. Don't get me wrong they suck too but not getting any help. Assessment above is spot on.

BTW how far do we fall? #12-13?

The worst part was the entire momentum was in LSU's favor.

Hard to say what would have happened.

I give the DBs an F. They did nothing today. Mills made a couple of plays that would have been called interference with most officiating crews.

Also want to split the coaching grade. Offensive side of the ball gets an A, because, first, any time you score 41 on the road in the SEC, you're doing something right, and second, they were definitely correct in not giving up on the run game in the second half.

Defensive coaching get a double F-. It's one thing to say the personnel is inexperienced, and not as talented as what we are used to seeing. But the defensive gameplan today gave them no chance at all to succeed. If your line can't beat people one on one, call some stunts! Call some blitzes! It's as if Chavis is afraid they'll get burned if he takes chances, so he's content to be vanilla and just get beat.

When was the last time you saw a Chavis defense disguise a coverage or check out of a blitz after the offense audibles? Every deep TD was against Cover 2. They sent three deep and Murray threw away from the safety.
