1. It definitely can be argued. Not sure who is worse, but I'd ALMOST have rather seen Jefferson playing last night than Jennings.
  2. The last drive, before Jennings fumbled, was what LSU needs to do. Take what the defense is giving you.

  3. 17-0. less than 3 minutes to go.

    Just sayin'.
  4. Just the situation. LSU took what was there. In the first quarter with 8 in the box and forcing the run? That is not taking what the defense is giving you.

  5. Welcome to offense according to Les. He was probably disappointed they didn't have 9 in the box.
  6. That my friend is the saddest and truest thing on this board.

  7. I agree with you on the surface, but with the score 17-0 we would have looked foolish running the ball in that situation. In other words, even the run heavy Les Miles knew we needed to throw the ball in that instance.
  8. He relishes the opportunity to impose his will on an impossible situation.
  9. We looked foolish running the ball the series after. We should have at least tried to open it up after we were 1 score down or after r-Kansas put 11 men in the box for the 19 thousandth time.
  10. At least JJ would extend plays with his legs. He couldn't throw to save his life, but he was a good runner. Jennings doesn't even have that going for him.
