It just happens to be his style and in today's politically correct "coach speech", it is refreshing. If bama fans actually act high and mighty about this, refer to saban's comparison of his loss to 9-11. Now that was something to truly regret and be upset about. Making an off-handed remark about an opponent in front of boosters? These things equate? And lest we forget Spurrier and his infamous quotes when his Florida teams were winning. Fairly certain Spurrier is regarded with respect because he won anyway.

The first couple of posts tell you all you need to know. Ot wasn't about school pride, passion or rational thought. It was just uniformed rantings. I will enjoy this year. Edit: On further review, that thread seemed to be rational with a sprinkle of crazy cane.

Les doesn't give a sh!t about media ribbing. And it ain't said anything about the upcoming game, he just mentioned something about last year's game not being that big of win, that's all. When this year's game is on the horizon he'll be very effusive in his praise about the tide.
