Since I started the thread, let me express something that may have been misunderstood.

I don't think Richt is a bad coach. I think he's a good coach, in fact. My contention was simply, as Tiga pointed out, Miles and Richt have very similar records, yet it is MY observation that Miles is seen to be more on a hot seat than Richt.

And DRC, I'm in Chicago...not LA. As far as I know, it's the same ESPN everywhere.

That's essentially what I was saying too till Stacey starter her shyt. :hihi:

Someone posted about trading and I just said I would- never said if it was better or equal to though I do happen to think it would be up. Got this info from a USC poster with ties to UGA's program and lives in Georgia.

It's like here. Who can you get that's just about a guarenteed upgrade from Richt?

You left out 2010. His program is rife with internal problems. Players getting arrested, kicked off and suspended left and right including his best player. Richt has never won squat. Georgia is smack dab in the middle of a recruiting hotbed.

Miles only problem is at quarterback. Give me a break. There's no comparison.

Ok, only a QB, no biggie. And I can't comment on the 2010 season 4 games into it. That would be like bookies paying bets before halftime. We started out 4-0 two years ago; 5-0 last year and they were Miles' worst two seasons so he could still phuck this one up royally too. Jury is still out on both.

Read the post above on the recruiting.

Possibly the weakest smack from you I've read.

Actually they are pretty similar. Two slightly above average CEO-type coaches that are under pressure because of poor hirings on the offensive side of the ball. The only thing Richt does better than Miles is reminding us what a 1986 I-form offense looks like.

I'm not trying to talk smack. I just think you are delusional. If 1-3 and going nowhere appeals to you more than 4-0 with a great defensive team then knock your lights out.

Sure it's me, a large majority of our fans, and our team who are delusional. I do admire your commitment to the team and I can live with a coach making mistakes but when they don't learn I deal with that too well.

Old coonass saying, it's okay if you step in a pile of shyt on the way TO the barn but if you step in it again in the way BACK... :nope:

I wonder if we'll be treated to the spectacle of players losing it on the field for the 2nd time in 3 years, like tearing off helmets to scream to officials on the field and kicking a football out of frustration.

So we can use Katrina for the excuse in blowing a 21 point halftime lead in the second game and eleventh game but 9 in between it wasn't an issue- including Bama on the road?

This year we played/beat a depleted UNC team and it's a completely legit win as in "no big deal?" And you're calling me delusional? You see a little flawed logic here at all?
